How durable is laser engraving?

Laser engraving is permanent and will not fade or peel like printed designs. However, the longevity depends on the material and exposure to elements.

There is something missing from my order, what do I do?

Report it via email. Please note, this MUST be done within 48 hours. Anything outside of that timescale cannot be investigated properly and will not be compensated.

What’s your minimum order?

We don’t have one! You can order as much or as little as you’d like 

Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders?


Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders, wedding packages, and corporate branding projects. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — if you need something urgently, we can usually accommodate rush jobs for a small additional fee.

What if there’s a mistake on my order?

If the error is on our end, we’ll replace or re-engrave your item at no cost. For customer input errors (like incorrect spelling), we’ll offer a discounted redo.

Can I exchange a personalised item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on personalised items.

Can I exchange a damaged item?

If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How do I make a complaint?

To raise a complaint, or bring an issue to our attention - we require you to send an email to our email address: aaliyahsrainbow@gmail.com - from there, a member of the team will acknowledge your complaint within 72h.
