Thank you for shopping with Aaliyah's Rainbow.   We want you to know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Home page will state most up to date lead times at the present time .

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (UK/Ireland):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Express International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or carrier issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aaliyah's Rainbow is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider or reach out to us at aaliyahsrainbow@gmail.com for assistance.

If your package has not arrived within two weeks after the estimated delivery date, please contact us on aaliyahsrainbow@gmail.com.  We will happily reach out to the carrier and launch an investigation.
